- The timeline is a set of planning prompts. It prints no deadlines, lead times or official requirements; you choose your own dates and check each mover and provider directly.
- It contains no postal-service forwarding steps, fees or rules; ask each organization how it updates your address.
- It asks only for the last few characters of an account reference, never full account numbers, passwords or Social Security numbers.
- The printed task prompts cannot be edited in a PDF app; each stage has one blank row for your own task.
- The file does not add up costs or check dates, and the tick boxes do not replace a mover's own paperwork.
- Each box record page holds five boxes; for more, print the page again and write by hand.
- Notes, follow-ups, contents and locations are two-line fields; long entries shrink to fit their box, and extra detail can stay on paper with its location noted.
- No house-hunting tracker, moving budget, cleaning checklist, sell or donate lists, or box labels.
- Typed entries use the viewer's standard Latin font: some accented letters (for example ś) may not display when typed; write those by hand.
