Before you buy

- No maintenance tasks, intervals or procedures are printed. Every task row has a blank "How often (from your manual)" field for you to fill from your own manual or provider.
- The month and season names do not mean a task is due; the month pages are your own schedule and you choose which tasks belong in your home's plan.
- Filter sizes, model numbers and warranty dates are copied by you from labels, manuals and warranties; the file calculates nothing.
- Not a safety, inspection or code-compliance checklist.
- Notes, tasks and locations are two-line fields; a single-line field shrinks a long entry to fit, so use a two-line field or write by hand for more.
- Each month has three task rows and each season has one record, over two pages; there are no room-by-room inventory, renovation or budget pages.
- Capacity: two appliance records, three paint records, three service entries and three contractor records; for more, print the page again and write by hand.
- Typed entries use the viewer's standard Latin font: some accented letters (for example ś) may not display when typed; write those by hand.
Questions about this file
Does it tell me how often to do each task?
No maintenance tasks, intervals or procedures are printed. Every task row has a blank “How often (from your manual)” field for you to fill from your own manual or provider.
Is it an inspection checklist?
No. It is not a safety, inspection or code-compliance checklist.
What if I have more appliances?
It holds two appliance records, three paint records, three service entries and three contractor records; for more, print the page again and write by hand.
